Return Policy

Enjoy Free Returns.

You can return any item purchased on Bottega Veneta within 20 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:


1. Fill out the online Return Form.
2. Return merchandise in its original condition, including all attached tags and packaging.
3. Use the UPS Return Label included with your order for easy shipping. 

We normally process returns within 3 business days of arriving at our warehouse. However, please allow up to 7 business days during peak times. Once your return has been accepted you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Refunds will be issued for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
All returns must be shipped from the same country purchased from, due to merchandising restrictions. 
Remember that items specified as Final Sale, like Underwear, Swimwear, Sunglasses and Fragrance cannot be returned.

Refund Times

Credit Card Refunds: Credit Card companies vary in the time they take to restore the credit back to your account and the transaction could take up to 7 business days to be settled from the day of our refund confirmation e-mail.

PayPal Refunds: Your refund will be visible in your account within 24 hours of receiving the refund confirmation e-mail. To transfer funds to a separate account, please contact PayPal directly.

Please send your return to our U.S. warehouse.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Bottega Veneta is not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent with a different courier.
